Refund Policy

Goods once sold can only be exchanged for a replacement or a VAAGMI credit (through VW GIFT CARD) if they meet our terms and conditions.


Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available and under such circumstances, the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time.


All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods.


To return an item, the customer must write to us at with subject mentioned as "Return", a prompt response is assured to such mails. If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for the only reason that the goods are damaged or there is a defect, you may have the option to exchange (Not valid in case of customized/made to order goods). We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit although all necessary precautions are taken to ensure that the damage is limited.


No Exchanges/Returns are permitted in case of Made to Order Goods, Custom Stitched Apparel, Jewelry and Accessories


Bollywood Replicas (Unless defected) do not qualify for any returns or exchanges.

Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item

If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered, please contact us by email within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed.

We will ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you , once we have the returned goods with us. If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item or refund your payment (including shipping charges) within 15 days of confirmation and receipt of items received in damaged condition.

  • Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the item in question. (product return request form: 
  • Never send back any item without consulting us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
  • Always report any and all problems associated with a single order/package delivery at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects/variations.
  • Always return your items using registered any national courier agency.
  • Any shipping costs of sending the product back are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please return within 5 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition (please, no worn, washed, used or altered items). Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.
  • Once we receive your return, a quality check will be performed by our quality team to figure out what went wrong, and then immediate steps will be taken to prevent such re-occurrence.
